The main objective of the workshop was to follow-up on the work of the four sub-committees established to strengthen the TNF on the following points: Legislation of the TNF, Establishment of an independent secretariat for the TNF, Implementation of the Kadoma Declaration and Resources mobilization for TNF activities. It was expected to receive a feedback from the sub-committees on those subjects and to enable the TNF technical committee to come up with positions for presentation to the main TNF.

By the end of the workshop, the participants came up with a clear road map and concrete agreed decision to be submitted to the main TNF for final decision.
